虫がいなければ最高でしたが、全体的に非常に満足しています。
Positive: スタッフがとても親切でわからないことはすぐにメッセージで教えてくれるのでとても助かりました。アパートには必要なものは全て揃っており、快適に過ごすことができました。
Negative: 小さな虫がたくさん飛んでいました。（どこからきているのかわかりませんが、同じ種類の虫がたくさんいました。施設の問題ではなく、ロンドン特有の事象かもしれませんが…）最初は気になりましたが、だんだんと慣れました。

Positive: Apartment was in a great location. Everything you'd need, clean and comfortable. Instructions for collecting keys were straightforward and very easy. Great communication.

We had a great time and the apartment was comfortable and provided everything we needed.
Positive: Clean and tidy
Negative: A few bulbs missing in kitchen lights, and bedside socket seemed blocked so had to chose between having bedside light on or phone charging.
