Positive: Fin beliggenhet, med nærhet til butikker, restauranter og undergrunnsbanen. Leiligheten var bra. Negative: Dårlig ventilasjon, savnet aircondition. Kjøkkventilator var dårlig. Uteområdet var ikke rengjort, så kunne ikke brukes.

Positive: Buena conexión con el centro y zonas importantes de Londres. Barrio tranquilo y con zonas de ocio muy cercanas.

The house is nice and homey, and our family really enjoyed getting together there. Positive: The neighbourhood is both quiet and very vibrant. We thought it was a perfect location for seeing the community and finding nice cafes and restaurants. Transport links are pretty good, buses slow but they get you there. With one of our party over 85 the tube is not so convenient. House was very clean and well cared for, kitchen well equipped and even offered coffee pods and tea bags, which is very convenient. Negative: Garden was not as described. Shower needs work, especially as accidents could be caused by no bars to hold on to, hot water unpredictable. Staircase is very steep and no banister, fine for young people but a real hazard for the elderly. The house was a little hot. The linen provided, heavy duvets was not appropriate. Couldn't visitors be given extra sheets. We removed the duvet covers, and used them as sheets, but that was an improvisation. The lack of consideration of summer weather conditions is so common in both hotels and private bookings!

Great stay in central London Positive: Plenty of room and helped having a separate living area with children. The location is great, close to the tube and several bus lines. The owners were responsive particularly when we had forgotten something, they helped to arrange an easy pick up. The cooking facilities had all you need for basic meals and included washing machine and tablets to clean clothes. Negative: Nothing, as a family it had all we needed for our trip.

Very responsive and kind host! Dropped off a spare key and extra toilet paper when we asked.
