1 Bed & Sofa Bed- Nine Elms Station - Zone 1

Not quite the five stars I was expecting... Positive: We said wow when we looked at the photos online, but once we were in the apartment, we realized that this was not particularly well maintained. With multiple renters there will be above normal wear and tear, but the flat needs many items replaced or fixed. We did call the manager about a leaking toilet flush and he sent someone out straight away to fix this. Would I stay here again? Definitely not. Given how much we paid for the stay, we expected better upkeep of the flat. Pros Convenient location, right next to the tube station and Sainsbury’s Spacious layout, ideal for a couple Large bathroom with good lighting Good wifi One station away from Battersea Power Station, a vibrant area with a beautiful mall and many restaurants Negative: Many of the fittings and fixtures need replacing or fixing Small bed for two adults Carpet in the bedroom is very dirty Plates provided were too large for the dishwasher, so had to wash by hand

The communication with the host was perfect. They responded timely and were accommodating. The in person check-in was great. The location to Nine Elms Station was a 1 minute walk, and the bus was 3 minutes. There were a couple of broken items like the Tele table and the silverware draw. Which fell out very easily. A few inexpensive accent touches would go a long way. The chest of draws for clothing was cheap fabric / metal from Amazon. I know it may seem trivial but it’s easy to have a better furnishings. A guide book of local attractions, restaurants, or map would have been a nice addition. I would recommend the location.

Positive: Modern flat that has a view over London. All amenities in the flat like kitchen appliances and toiletries. Negative: Corridor before the flat was a bit old looking for a new build like this.

Fantastic central London accommodation - would recommend! Positive: Excellent location. Flat felt very safe with a secure entry system. The property was immaculate, and had a well stocked kitchen in terms of pots & pans. Really easy to communicate with the property owner / manager to arrange pick up of keys (as I was arriving late and unsure of arrival time) - they were very helpful and also offered tips for nearby parking. Very central location, with a tube stop (and a large Sainsbury’s) right outside. Made getting around London really easy. I would stay here again if I was visiting the area. Negative: Nothing.

Convenient location, Super apartment and Safe. Positive: Location, apartment layout and Ryan’s immediate problem resolution. Negative: Bed comfort could be better. Housekeeping could have been more detailed.
