New modern 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms flat in Fulham

Great base in London and for catching up with friends - hosts were great Positive: Central location, comfy apartment, able to fit us all in, not crazily priced, hosts were wonderfully accommodating

Shocking experience, definitely will never be back. Negative: Firstly, we were only told of the lift been out of order after payment was affected, secondly this is an active building site, in foyer entrance, staircases and bulkheads. The badly stained carpets in the flat, the drapes falling of the tracks. I can carry on and have photographic evidence, but all in a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

Old and tired, wouldn’t stay again Positive: The location was great for us, near to the tube and some cafes and restaurants a 10 min walk. The host was also very responsive to calls and emails. Easy to get keys Negative: The list here is long; - apartment tired - part of the shower broken - the place needs a paint and deep clean - dates to the 90’s furniture - portable aircon which means you need windows open to use - no lift to the 3rd floor lots of stairs - the bustling works going on in the building look like they have been going on for years and have years to go. So entering and leaving the apartment are builders to get around, dirt and grim everywhere. Really unpleasant.

Bella scoperta nel cuore di Fuhlam Positive: L appartamento è completo di tutti i comfort. Spazioso e molto pulito ( rispecchia perfettamente le foto del sito). Nonostante la mancanza di aria condizionata ( con un caldo tropicale a Londra durante il nostro soggiorno) siamo riusciti a sfruttare i pinguini presenti nelle stanze. Negative: Il palazzo non è ancora concluso ( ci sono le scale ancora in costruzione) e manca l ascensore anche se le 2 rampe di scale non sono così pesanti anche dopo una giornata a girare la città.
