Positive: Incredibly spacious, more than comfortable for 4 adults. It's spotless and offers a good range of amenities. Plus, it's exceptionally quiet and conveniently located near a train station and several bus stops. If you're seeking a great place to stay, I highly recommend it.

The owner needs to visit the property once a while to inspect its condition before renting out. Positive: All the needs (including supplies) were made available but stuffed in the store at Property. Appt was spacious & relaxing. Location was far from underground station, but it was lively amidst shops & stores. Negative: Collecting keys to enter Appt was painful. Imagine you travel from abroad; dropped by Taxi at the property in extreme weather; found out that you had to walk about a mile away from property to get keys while family awaits at property doorstep in hard weather - Not a desirable situation. Also the portable ACs were not installed properly. Their exhaust exit was not installed to throw the hot air outside the property. Instead, it was left inside. Meaning all the hot air exhaust would come back into the room resulting in waste of energy and room not getting cold. "Professional Cleaning" needs to be improved by owner's personal supervision. Some bathroom light/bulbs were fused. To sum up, charging customers money equivalent to 4 star serviced hotel and providing an appt stuffed with supplies but highly unorganized, is not acceptable for visitors.
