Having rented it before, we knew what to expect, and it didn't disappoint. It was another truly perfect 10/10 experience. ​Payment: 10/10 The payment was straightforward and transparent, with no hidden fees. The professionalism and consistency make this a worry-free booking process. ​Location: 10/10 The location is simply unbeatable. With quick access to the heart of London, the penthouse offers a privileged vantage point with breathtaking 360-degree city skyline views. It's perfectly situated for exploring, with major landmarks and the tube station just a short walk away. Instructions: 10/10 The check-in process was seamless, just as it was last time. The host provided clear, detailed instructions and a comprehensive welcome book that made everything easy from the moment we arrived. ​All Facilities: 10/10 The facilities are truly top-tier. The spacious living area, the chef's dream kitchen, and the luxurious, spotless bathrooms all contribute to a feeling of luxury. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi and entertainment system. ​Conclusion We keep coming back to this penthouse because it consistently delivers on all fronts—from the unparalleled views and perfect location to the flawless facilities and service. It truly is the gold standard of short-term rentals, and we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else for our London trips. Negative: Nothing

Excellent value for a spacious 4-bedroom penthouse in a prime location. A few small inconveniences, but overall a great Positive: We stayed as a family in this 4-bedroom penthouse for 5 nights and overall had a great experience. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from Nine Elms Station, which made getting around London very convenient. Plus, having a large Sainsbury’s hypermarket right downstairs was incredibly helpful for groceries and quick meals. Negative: One issue we faced during our stay was with the water heater. Unfortunately, since it was the weekend, it couldn’t be fixed immediately. However, to their credit, it was resolved promptly on the first working day in the early morning, which we appreciated. The property doesn’t come with dedicated parking, which might be inconvenient for some. That said, Sainsbury’s offers free parking for up to 3 hours during its business hours, and there’s also free street parking nearby after 5:30pm on weekdays — about a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Volvería sin dudarlo Positive: Departamento espacioso, con vista hermosa. Al lado de la estación de metro y el supermercado abajo, lo cual es absolutamente cómodo. Provisto de todos los amenities necesarios para la estadía; jabones, shampoo, jabón para Lavarropas, etc. Cocina muy bien equipada La comunicación con el propietario fue excelente y fue muy gentil. Nos dejaron almacenar nuestro equipaje hasta las 4pm. Negative: El colchón de la habitación principal no era demasiado cómodo, estaba vencido.
