Great location, but needs much needed maintenance.
Positive: The location is great. Easy access to the apartment and the lift is appreciated.
Negative: The windows are very old and have big holes in them making the rooms very noisy, hard to get a good nights sleep. The bathroom has no curtain and the floors of the showers are dangerously slippery. Water gets in all the bathroom floor making it very uncomfortable. One of the stovetops doesn’t work and heats up on high regardless of the setting. The closets are low quality and many handles are broken.
