Peaceful 2-Bed South Bank

Negative: From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property did not correspond at all to the listing photos, which appear to have been heavily altered and, in some cases, possibly generated or manipulated using AI—particularly the bathroom images. Specifically, we encountered the following issues: 1)Bed sheets and towels were visibly dirty and unhygienic. 2)The bathroom facilities were in extremely poor and unsanitary condition. 3) The overall state of the apartment was far below any acceptable standard. 4) !! And most alarmingly, we discovered the presence of bed bugs !!! Bed bugs were found both on the sofa—where a member of our group slept—and on the bed itself. Unfortunately, this discovery was made only after every member of our group had already been bitten one by one, which caused significant physical discomfort and distress.

Bedbugs killed the joy but the apartment was nice Positive: The Host came to us when we arrived to late to manage to collect the keys, even though we called him after 1am. Easy access to shops and transport. Coffee was in the apartment and towels, that was nice. Negative: The bedbugs were a bit of a bummer, we notified the host and he did compensate us and send pest control to deal with it but we got devoured with over 300 bites on some, and even though we thought it was mostly just the sofa beds, the downstairs bedrooms were also infected since a few got bitten there, even though the host said pest control didn't find anything there.

Positive: Location, easy to find. Size of space for our group Negative: Probably the bathroom this was dated and old, the drainage was a slight issue as well. I would also say the stairs are a potential issue if you didn’t know about the split levels

Comodità in Londra Positive: Buona posizione, comoda a tutti i mezzi di trasporto, anche a piedi si raggiunge tranquillamente il centro della città. Asciugacapelli, asciugamani, cialde per il caffè a disposizione degli ospiti, non manca nulla, addirittura gli adattatori per le prese di corrente. Letti confortevoli. Check-in e Check-out rapido e semplice. Negative: Doccia e lavandino molto scomodi. Il Wi-fi in camera non prende.
