Cost and food for really short stays
Positive: Proximity to the station
Negative: Not enough space to keep luggage

Not fair value for your stay.
Positive: Very close to Paddington station. Nice building and neighborhood. The host was always available and eager to solve the issues.
Negative: The second room was too small. The apartment was not sufficiently clean, and the building was full of trash. There was a leak from the upper floor, and we had a bucket to collect the falling water in the entrance hall.

comfortable apartment
Positive: The host was perfect.
Everything was available, including fans at every room, tea/coffee, toiletries, laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid.
There were even multiple UK plug converters was available.
Location is good. It's a secure building.
The photos of the apartment are up to date. Although the apartment is small, it is comfortable for a family of 4.
