Great place to stay, very confortable and in a good region Positive: The keys were in a store near to the apartment, which is open by 24hours. Just need a code informed in the booking message and show it in the store, very straightforward. Negative: Very nice place and comfortable, it has every commodity that a family needs to stay and enjoy the city, A plus are the air conditioner portable in both bedrooms and fans. The flat was clear and in excellent conditions. The proprietary is very polite and helpful.

Perfect stay in London Positive: Everything was excellent. The apartment was spacious, bright, very clean and extremely well equipped, with a great location and excellent transport connections. The host was very helpful and communication and check-in were very easy. Negative: Nothing in particular. We were very happy with our stay and had no issues at all.

Beautiful 2 bed ground floor apartment in a lovely quiet area very near Marble Arch. Positive: Great communication with the host and a very efficient check in. The appt is in a lovely quiet location and only a short walk to Marble Arch tube station and Hyde Park. The A/C units in both bedrooms and fan in the lounge were added bonuses and much needed in the very hot weather we are having at the moment. Negative: It was quite pricey for a 2 night stay...we wouldn't normally pay so much and only went ahead due to a let down at the very last minute and in the sweltering heat we didn't want to have to shop around. Would still highly recommend if the purse strings allow;)
