Positive: Place was clean, well equipped and peaceful. Received early check-in which was very helpful. At checkout, whilst the option of luggage storage was not available at site, the host provided guidance for external storage nearby which was good. Host was very responsive, and responded to requests even at late hours. Fans in rooms were helpful with the heatwave. Shataf in washrooms was a plus. Negative: Faced some minor maintenance issues, no onside maintenance help was available. However we managed to sort things with support from host via whatsapp. .

Lovely flat, very comfortable and in a brill location. Positive: Second time staying at this flat and I can’t fault it. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions, the flat is very comfortable and clean and the hosts made sure we had a fan in all the rooms, which was very much appreciated in the heat wave. Lots of good restaurants and bars near by and easy to get around.

Lovely flat Positive: The hosts were helpful and responsive, we appreciated the short little video clips for how to operate the various appliances. The flat was wonderful for 5 people, towels and bedding were comfortable. It was well-appointed with teas and coffee as well as toiletries supplied. Location was great, just a 10 minutes walk to Earl's Court tube station and on the District and Piccadilly lines. Negative: We had a little issue trying to get the keys as the original link to pick them up didn't work. The hosts were very responsive and quick so it was sorted quickly. This is a lower unit so there are no views or access to outdoor space. The next door neighbors were a little noisy and the bedrooms and side living room window surround the neighbor's private courtyard so it's a little awkward when their children are playing out there, we had to keep the curtains closed.

2Bed 2Bath Apartment in London was clean, comfortable, quiet, and in a great location. Positive: The Earl's Court Apartment was fabulous. We had five adults in our group, and although two of us used the pull-out couches, everyone reported getting a great night's sleep. The apartment's layout worked perfectly, especially with two toilets, one of which was in a separate room. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The coffee machine and washer/dryer were a little tricky to figure out at first, but the host provided helpful videos that made both easy to use. The Tube station was just a short walk away, and we used it every day during our stay. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London!
