入住体验总体不错，性价比很高。 Positive: 地理位置相当优越，出去坐地铁、巴士都非常方便。房间虽然不是很大，四个房间加客厅，我们住九个人完全足够。周围的街道也相当安静，睡眠完全不会受到打扰。入住期间碰到的问题，房东能够及时给予回复和解决。 Negative: 花洒和水龙头存在不同程度漏水的情况，特别是花洒的管子都破损了，虽然不用我们承担水费，但还是会影响到使用体验。房间里的WIFI信号不是很好。厨房里的锅具感觉使用很长时间了，没有煎炒锅，煎蛋都不方便，建议可以更新。

Positive: The location was very good. Facility was excellent for us. 4 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms was great. We each had our own space. Since we had no plans to cook, we were fine. Appreciated that there was tea, coffee, and paper towel. Negative: We were unfamiliar with how the circuits were activated for the appliances. A visitor information card would have been helpful.
