Chelsea Hideaway 2BR + Patio

Lovely stay, fantastic London base Positive: We really enjoyed our stay. I was a bit unsure at first about it being a basement flat, but it turned out to be a positive. Because it was a basement it had a garden and this one was super cosy. It was quiet, had its own entrance straight from the street, and felt very safe and handy. The flat is thoughtfully designed and very clean, the beds were super comfortable and you can barely hear the street which was great for sleeping. The location is good, it felt safe and well connected with tube lines close by. Overall, an excellent experience. I’d happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting London. Negative: Because it was a basement there was a little less natural light but it still felt cosy and there's no parking available either, although central London we couldn't find anywhere that did offer it.

Positive: Nice apartment in a very nice aria. Very comfortable beds. You have everything you need. The patio is super. Negative: Bad internet connection. Located on a busy street as a result it is noisy. You need to realize that the apartment is on the underground floor. But it makes it less noisy, so in this case it is an advantage)

We were happy to leave for our next destination Positive: Location Negative: Property looked like no one cared. I have pictures. Patio was a mess when we arrived. Picture on booking leads you to believe the unit is street level. Should have shown picture of actual front door that is below street level and was a mess. Honestly if the owner took just a little effort in cleaning it would have been better. TV that is shown in booking wasn’t even connected to a service that would actually work. Lights with no lightbulbs. Just lack of care
