Positive: The owner gave great instruction so if you read them, finding the keys won't be an issue. Negative: One of the bathrooms might be too cramped for larger peeps. Other than that, it was fantastic.

Loved the elevator, it made a big difference for us because we had loads of luggage. Positive: Great location, lovely flat with all the appliances and kitchen stuff one might need. Negative: The bathroom desinstale need maintenance, as do the air ventilators. Other than that all is perfect.

Nice stay right at Covent garden Positive: Wonderful location in Covent garden. Everything is a few steps away. The team was responsive. The elevator is small but helpful for luggage.
