10/10 amazing house and every little detail is noticed it’s 10min from Notting Hill movie area so we enjoyed that Li Positive: This property is very looked after everything you could need is in the home. Coffee Pods wash pods dish washer it’s immaculately clean and has all the comforts of Home. Bedrooms 3 are nice cosy size and the location to the tube is perfect direct links to al of London within a 5 minute walk. Plenty of local shops nearby its decor is very nice and sugar toilet rolls are easy to access. 3rd floor property but feels like an entire home apartment. Love the layout and the design rustic table was lovely. Kitchen clean and modern with everything to cook a meal I would definitely go back again. Front of building is also nice painted white blue door and very welcoming the other neighbours you don’t really see and it’s a great hideaway. Back bedroom has a lovely balcony you can look out on a night front rooms can be a little noisy with traffic and busses but it’s London the kids loved watching people from the window and the busses are right outside so easy to travel on. Plenty of parks and canal around the corner with a nice bar and beer garden. Definitely a well loved and looked after house. My kids said it felt like been in the friends apartment Negative: The communal hallway could do with a spruce up but there is 3 apartments in this house you don’t hear anything from the other apartments. It’s lovely. All I would say is the freeholder could update the hallway entrance with a new carpet and paint job and it would be absolutely stunning building. Very private really loved it home from home. If the communal hallway was done to the same style of the apartment is would be 10/10 for the whole building. The shelf’s brickwork and posters are very stylish loved all the fashion stuff. And the kids loved the art and deco. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working but tbh 5G signal is spot on we loved the TV same as home so Netflix Disney plus and so on available. The kids loved it and so did we. Felt like home so 10/10
